 Enrique Bernoldi considered his first training session for the Copa Nextel Stock Car, Interlagos (SP) race very profitable. The pilot, who is back to Brazilian Stock Car racing after competing the 2008 season in the Indy Car Series, is going through an adaption period, from formula to tourism cars.

Despite all the differences, Bernoldi considers the driving of the new Stock Cars, the main Brazilian auto racing championship, very close to that of a formula car

 Comparing to the former Stock Car model (used until the 2008 season), the new stock-car is much closer to a formula car. I am enjoying it because the driving required is very similar to my driving style. Also the experience in driving a Stock Car in 2007 is proving very useful at this stage, said Bernoldi.

 The former Arrows F1 pilot also stated that this is also a time to get used the RCM Team, lead by Rosinei Campos, also called Meinha and André Bragantini. I*m really enjoying the first training sessions and the contact with all members of the team, my return has been very positive and al my expectations are being met, said the 30 year old pilot.
